Made on Long Island: Where Carnivore Korner Began

There are a lot of places a skincare company can come from.

Carnivore Korner came from home.

Long Island, New York.

It’s where the business began.

It’s where we continue to operate.

And it has become part of the identity behind everything we’re building.

Carnivore Korner wasn’t created as a distant corporate concept or developed around the idea of becoming as large as possible, as quickly as possible.

It started with a husband-and-wife team, a curiosity about ingredients, a desire to make products differently, and the decision to build something that reflected the way we wanted to live.

Long Island is where that story took shape.

The Birthplace of Carnivore Korner

Before there was a growing product collection, before Alive & Unbroken became a philosophy, and before Tush Balm™ became our signature formula, there was simply an idea:

Could skincare be simpler, more intentional, and more connected to recognizable ingredients?

That question eventually became Carnivore Korner.

And that process happened here on Long Island.

This is where formulas were explored.

Where ideas were discussed.

Where products were made for our own family.

Where those products began finding their way into the hands of other people.

And where what started small slowly began becoming something much larger than we originally imagined.

Small Batch Means Something to Us

“Small batch” gets used a lot.

For us, it isn’t just packaging language.

It reflects the kind of company we want Carnivore Korner to remain.

We want there to be a connection between the product and the people responsible for making it.

We want to know what we’re creating.

We want to be able to question it.

Improve it.

Refine it.

And make sure there is an actual reason for it to exist.

That is harder to do when the goal is simply producing more.

So our philosophy is different:

Make thoughtfully. Grow intentionally.

We believe there is value in staying close to the process.

Made Here. Not Somewhere Anonymous.

When we say Made on Long Island, we’re talking about more than geography.

We’re talking about accountability.

Carnivore Korner is not meant to feel like a nameless product from an anonymous facility.

There are real people behind the jars.

A real family behind the company.

And a real place where the brand continues to grow.

That connection matters to us.

Because when you know where something comes from, you also begin to understand the story behind it.

Our Home. Our Workshop. Our Starting Point.

Long Island is home.

It’s where we live.

It’s where Carnivore Korner operates.

And it’s where we continue developing the ideas that shape Alive & Unbroken.

Some companies build their identity first and figure out where they belong later.

For us, place came first.

Carnivore Korner grew from our own life here.

That makes Long Island more than an address.

It is part of the foundation.

From Our Family to Yours

The company began with products we wanted for our own family.

That perspective continues to influence how we think about everything we create.

We ask questions like:

Would we use this ourselves?

Does this ingredient belong here?

Does this product serve a real purpose?

Is there a simpler way to approach it?

Those questions matter more to us than simply filling another space on a shelf.

Because the goal has never been to create the largest possible catalog.

The goal is to create products we genuinely believe deserve to exist.

Tush Balm Was Built Here Too

Our signature Tush Balm™ collection is an important part of that Long Island story.

The idea behind Tush Balm grew from our broader interest in tallow-based skincare and our desire to explore what could happen when traditional ingredients were combined with more intentional formulation.

What began as a product with a memorable name developed into one of the clearest expressions of the Alive & Unbroken philosophy.

Face. Body. Tush.

Simple enough to understand.

Thoughtful enough to keep evolving.

And developed as part of the same small family business that started right here on Long Island.

A Business With Roots

We like the idea of roots.

Not because a company should never change.

But because knowing where you started helps determine how you grow.

Carnivore Korner will continue to evolve.

New formulas will come.

New products will be introduced.

New ideas are already being developed.

But we don’t want growth to erase the things that made the company meaningful in the first place.

That includes staying connected to:

  • our family
  • our customers
  • our ingredients
  • our craftsmanship
  • our community
  • and the place where this all began

Long Island.

Local Roots. Bigger Purpose.

Being rooted in one place doesn’t mean thinking small.

It means knowing what you stand for before you expand.

Carnivore Korner is growing beyond the products that started the company.

But the philosophy remains consistent:

Simple ingredients.

Real purpose.

Intentional formulation.

Small-batch craftsmanship.

Products made by people who care about what they’re creating.

That philosophy began on Long Island.

And it still lives here today.

Why Place Matters

Where something is made doesn’t tell you everything about the product.

But it tells you something about the people behind it.

For Carnivore Korner, Long Island represents:

Home

The place where our family lives and where this business began.

Craftsmanship

A reminder that products can still come from real people rather than faceless production.

Purpose

A commitment to growing intentionally instead of simply growing quickly.

Continuity

Keeping the company connected to its beginnings as it evolves.

Community

Building a business with roots rather than one designed to feel like it could have come from anywhere.

We’re Growing. We’re Staying Grounded.

We’re proud of where Carnivore Korner started.

And we’re excited about where it can go.

Those two ideas aren’t in conflict.

We can continue developing new products.

We can reach new customers.

We can grow Alive & Unbroken into something much larger.

And still remember where it began.

That matters to us.

Because growth means more when you have something worth staying connected to.

Made on Long Island

Not because it sounds good on a label.

Because this is home.

Because this is where the idea began.

Because this is where Carnivore Korner continues to operate.

And because we want the story behind the products to remain connected to the people and place that created them.

SMALL BATCH. BIGGER PURPOSE.

RAW. ALIVE. UNBROKEN.

From our family to yours.
